Flexible components

As flexible components in our exhaust systems we use flexible hoses or expansion joints (bellows). We offer V-clamps for connecting individual components. These ends of these flexible components can be fitted with either machined flanges or end forms. A number of parameters must be maintained during the design, production and assembly processes to assure that flexible components are long lasting. For cargo vehicles, buses, tractors and construction and farming machinery, flexible components made from metal hoses are generally cheaper than expansion joints (bellows). Another advantage is that they can be heat insulated. The disadvantage is that they require more space (length).
